Our experience with John and dealing with the entire team at JAA was nothing short of stellar. My husband and I were opening two businesses in one building, each with a separate identity, vision and purpose. We have done full scale residential remodels but had never tackled a commercial and was feeling completely overwhelmed. The team at JAA took time to listen, guide, and design with us, and was with us every step of the way. Brick and Beam hit the ground running and won, “Best Modern Event Space” by Jacksonville Magazine, and placed 2^nd for Folio’s, “Best of 2020”, and Smith Brothers was awarded a, “coolest office space” nod from Jacksonville Business Journal.

I couldn’t imagine going through this process without the pros at the helm. We had the added complication of being in a designated historic building and area, and the knowledge and experience they possessed was not only invaluable by not wasting time by knowing what you can and can’t do, but also in dealing with the different departments in the city. We are forever indebted!

We heard of JAA by word of mouth. We met John and immediately felt comfortable with him. He heard what we wanted without telling us it couldn’t happen. Josiah was assigned our drawings. He read our minds and drew up everything we envisioned and more. They were always quick to respond to any questions we had. Communication was excellent. We could not be more pleased with our plans.
